As the Head of Key Technology Platforms you will lead the Key Technology Platforms team within the Counter Balanced (CB) division. You are responsible for managing the product- and technology development for Electrification and Control System Platform.
The role is based in Ljungby, Sweden.
What are your key responsibilities:
Develop technology, concepts, and platforms within the areas of Electrification and Control System, to support the CB division business needs and product roadmap.
The Electrification area includes high-voltage system architecture for batteries, electric powertrain, charging, power distribution, and energy management.
The Control System area covers the control system platform architecture, as well as tools and processes for development, testing and configuration of machine control software.

What you bring to the role:
Education & Experience:
? MSc or BSc in Engineering or similar
? 10 years experience in an engineering and product development environment with proven results
? Management experience from people leader positions
? Proven leadership skills
? Experience from technology- and concept development of electric drivelines and/or embedded control systems
? Hands-on project management experience
? Product development experience from non-road mobile machinery is qualifying
? International working experience is preferred
